Set-ExecutionPolicy Bypass

다운로드한 파일을 압축해제 후
해당 경로에서 아래와 같이 실행

# stable-diffusion-webui폴더에서 powerShell열고
cd ./venv/Scripts/
./Activate.ps1
pip install --upgrade fastapi==0.90.0

webui실행
webui-user.bat 실행
