게스트OS버전을 3.5버전에서 5.1으로 업그레이드 후 부팅하게되면 커널 패닉현상이 발생합니다. 이럴경우는 기존에 사용하던 NIC를 제거하면 정상적으로 부팅합니다. 정상적으로 부팅하면 자동시작설정에서 네트워크를 중지해두고 전원을 끕니다. 이후 NIC를 추가합니다. 혹시나 모르니 가급적이면 스냅샷해두고 작업하시기 바랍니다.
